Property Manager / Assistant
Allan Real Estate have an exciting opportunity to join our team!
We are seeking a person who wants to work in a friendly team environment, enjoys property and wishes to become part of the real estate industry. Although a property management licence would be awesome - it’s not essential, we have experienced staff to train the right person to ensure joining our team is rewarding occupation for you.
In this role you will assist our property management team in the processes including leasing, routine inspections, admin and general day to day duties of managing our clients investment properties. Our boutique agency prides itself on our helpful, friendly and experienced staff that will offer support mentoring, with hands-on business owners to ensure your success in the industry. This position is not just a job opportunity, but a career in real estate with an exciting team environment.
Once fully trained your role would be to maintain a portfolio of property investors, so having good people skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude is essential.
You will require:
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Proficient with computers and basic admin
- Ability to work well independently and alongside an experienced team
- Good time management and organisation skills
