About the position…
We are seeking a Team Administration Officer to join our growing Organisation. In this position, you will be working as part of a team to ensure that a range of functions within the business run smoothly and efficiently. As part of the role, you will be providing administrative and reception services to visitors and staff, and providing quality customer services.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Email and Phone Correspondence: Efficiently handle incoming emails and phone calls, promptly responding to inquiries and addressing website-related queries.
- DHS Clearances and Stock Management: Assist with administrative functions such as applying for relevant DHS Clearances for staff, monitoring office and kitchen stock levels, and managing maintenance requests for our premises.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records, including personnel files and contracts, utilizing the Employment Hero platform.
- Event Delivery: Collaborate on event coordination
- Program Support: Provide administrative support to KWY programs and other essential services.
About you...
As Team Administration Officer at KWY, your keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential for maintaining day-to-day interactions with staff, participants, and relevant government and non-government stakeholders involved in project and program delivery.
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving Abilities- adept at identifying and resolving issues.
- Demonstrated experience in managing time well
- Must hold a current South Australian drivers licence, be willing to drive a work vehicle.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain and keep current, Child Safe Environments Training (Through Their Eyes).
- Must hold a current or be able to obtain the following: DHS Working with Children Check, Working with Vulnerable Person’s Check and National Police Check.

- Position is classified under the SCHADS award
- Salary range is $67,638 - $73,171 plus superannuation.
