About the Role:
We are seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join the Cairns team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to play a vital role in driving sales and maintaining operational excellence. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the team, providing fantastic customer service, merchandising products, managing stock, maintaining store appearance, and implementing effective store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to uphold our company's reputation for excellence within the local community and support the growth and development of your team. - Past experience in a retail supervisor role
