Your new role 

In this pivotal role, attention to detail is key. Collaborate closely with Senior Advisers and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Your duties will encompass:

• Coordinate client meetings, ensuring attendance and scheduling follow-ups. 

• Gather information from various third parties, such as accountants, lawyers, and financial institutions. Communicate with super funds and fund managers to collect and record accurate client account details. 

• Maintain client database and portfolio records using financial planning software. 

• Prepare basic Records of Advice (RoA) and generate precise reports for client reviews. 

• Ensure compliance with relevant authorities and documentation requirements. 

• Work closely with Advisers and staff to address client queries and offer necessary support. 

• Assist with administrative tasks and errands as needed. 

• Contribute to the implementation of advice provided to clients.

What you'll need to succeed 

We're seeking a goal-oriented individual with impeccable presentation and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. While experience in the financial services industry, particularly in financial planning or accounting, is preferred, it's not mandatory. What's essential is excellent communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a hunger for learning and personal growth.
