Job Description
- Elevate guest experience by actively engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring staff members are well-trained and aligned with the hotel's objectives
- Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring seamless coordination among different departments
- Implement and enforce high-quality service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Sound understanding of store operations and standards for success
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) for effective management of teams
- Strong organizational skills for planning work and continuously monitoring progress towards goals
- Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
