Assistant Manager - New Store Launch

This is a hugely exciting role for a passionate Assistant Manager from the luxury retail industry to join this elegant brand and support them in their New Store Launch in Melbourne's CBD. 

As the Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Boutique Manager and lead a small team of Sales staff in the day to day operations of the store. You will be instrumental in creating a world-class shopping environment for your clients with a strong focus on brand knowledge and story-telling. 

Key accountabilities will include;

• CRM
• Staff mentoring and training on product knowledge
• Ability to drive sales and set KPIs
• Inventory management
• Visual merchandising
• After-Sales Service 

Skills and Experience; 

• Strong retail background
• Luxury market experience 
• Experienced at driving sales, performance management and succession planning your team
• Operating within a global business, dealing with senior stakeholders and regional offices
• A hands-on, dynamic management style 

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where you and your team exceed expectations, build and nurture relationships and drive sales. 

Excellent salary package on offer; up to $80'000 (based on experience) + super + commission structure
