- Previous experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role in a café or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist the Café Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
