Assistant Marketing Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Macquarie Park. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand and market reach.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to our products and services.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
• Coordinate and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and support lead generation initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Proficiency in marketing software and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, and social media management tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
