As the Assistant Operations Manager, you work across all facets of the attraction including guest experience, admissions.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Working closely with the Operations Manager to oversee the attraction, team, and supervisors.

Assisting with supervising on the floor and any maintenance/AV Tech issues.

Assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations of the attraction with a focus on delivering world class customer service.

Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve KPIs, including guest experience spends.

Ensuring a safe environment for all guests and staff.

Assist with rostering, stocktakes and training frontline teams.

To become a part of the team we are looking for:

Someone who can work without supervision, to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A passion and enthusiasm for delivering world-class guest experiences.

Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.

2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the tourism or entertainment industry is desirable, but we welcome applicants from all industries.

Must have the right to work in Australia.
