Seasol is looking for an Assistant Product Manager who will work with the Business & Product Development Manager and Marketing team to assist with managing products through all stages of the lifecycle from concept to delivery. This high-engagement role sees you collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Seasol is looking for someone with excellent attention to detail to assist the Business & Product Development Manager along with the sales and marketing team, including but not limited to;
- ensuring all packaging is correct and label art is current and complies with legislation and company guidelines
- Ensuring labels are current, accurate and substantiated
- keeping the product specification database up-to-date and accurate
- New Product Development and staging gate documentation maintained and updated
- communicating information on all new product developments to the sales, R&D, and warehouse teams
- Assisting with the review of product performance, product life cycle, and post-implementation reviews.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Horticulture or Agriculture Science, or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate to advanced Office 365, especially Excel & Powerpoint
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and problem solve across an organization of similar size and scope.
