SalaryFull time Production Manager Assistant for Australian made ladies clothing manufacturer.
Working alongside the Production Manager to assist in the day to day running of the business. You will need to have the ability to work independently and have excellent communication skills.
The position will involve;
- Co-ordination of clothing production. You will be communicating with the staff in the factory, outworkers and representatives from the clothing label being manufactured.
- Liaising with all parties in order to ensure production is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Garment construction and pattern making knowledge would be an advantage.
- You will be responsible for the preparation of production reports and will need to be proficient in excel.
- Preparing invoices and packing list for deliveries.
- General admin responsibilities.
- Drivers licence required.
- Driving company vehicle to visit clients and outworkers.
- Speaking Vietnamese will be helpful but not necessary for this position.
- Ideally suited for graduate students looking for a career in Australian made local production.
