About the role
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind innovative core-wine NPD, paving the path for category growth and strategic alignment. You will facilitate collaboration between winemaking and NPD project leads to drive efficiencies in new product development.
Note: This is a contract role
- Deliver tactical opportunities for excess wine supply and volume/GP growth.
- Advocate for project delivery excellence through meticulous gate process management.
- Collaborate with sales team to manage expectations and scale delivery.
- Steer optimisation projects through gate process, ensuring flawless implementation and impact.
- Develop core wine NPD, briefing design agencies for consumer-compelling packaging.
About you
We seek a commercially astute professional with a talent for fostering relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions and regions. You are able to manage projects effectively while navigating ambiguity with resilience.
- Experience in commercial sales, brand management, or category management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferred experience in the wine industry, but not essential
- Self-starter with excellent planning and project management abilities
