An Opportunity for a keen graduate to work with a team who are people-oriented and maintain a systematic and logical approach to problems.As an Assistant Product Manager your purpose will be to lead the growth and development of the Hardy Spicer driveline products, the market leader. Your roles will be to create effective market data analysis, plan and prepare the implementation of market strategies in conjunction with marketing segments, regional sales managers and the national accounts team to achieve the business goal.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical backup for our branch network and customers.
- Assist the Product Managers sourcing and evaluating new products as well as the maintenance of existing products to satisfy existing and new market opportunities.
- Involved in new ideas/products that have the potential to either complement the existing Hardy Spicer product range or extend it.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Hardy Spicer documentation and promotional materials, and responsible for its technical accuracy for the nominated product range.
- Mechanical Engineering degree or studying your degree
- Be willing to travel and learn
- Be able to communicate effectively from workshop floor through to engineer level
- Be committed to engaging and working with the branch network and overseas suppliers to deliver success
- Have a passionate approach towards excellence in customer service
