A newly created position, the Assistant Production Manager will play a key role with the following Responsibilities :
- Follow production demands to effectively schedule manufacturing
- Manage and train production staff to ensure optimum use of staff and equipment to meet KPI’s.
- Plan, organize and execute production schedules to meet all KPIs
- Compile raw material order requirements for management
- Follow product compliance requirements in line with GMP
- Be actively engaged in planning, warehousing and shipment of finished goods working closely with staff to ensure on time delivery to customers
- Manage product sampling, batch tracking and retain library
- Quality control of raw and finished goods
- Management of Materials and Componentry, WIP and Finished Goods
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cosmetic, personal care or pharma manufacturing. You must knowledge and experience working within manufacturing in any of these sectors.
