My client who is a NSW State Government Agency is looking for up to two Assistant Project Officers to support the implementation and operationalisation of the tools and resources that have been developed by its internal team and ready to roll out the training package for its staff.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the development of a training package for Agency.
- Coordinate the pilot training program to be conducted before the conclusion of the project.
- Identify potential gaps that could impact the Agency's integration of new tools and resources and devise tools to support the Agency Zones and Units in effectively and efficiently engaging with spontaneous volunteers.
- Assist in creating tools to evaluate the effectiveness of existing and new preparedness resources.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in developing and assessing training programs.
- Experience in planning and executing change management initiatives, such as process improvement projects.
- Experience in Emergency Management services would be desirable
- Ideally. a valid Driver’s Licences and/or the ability to travel to the Agency unit locations
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of AIIMS (Australian Inter-service Incident Management System) principles and processes
