The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, the Business Development Manager is a newly created opportunity. You will be accountable for developing new and existing partnerships with clients in metro and regional Victoria, with the potential for interstate expansion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new prospects to build a sales pipeline within the commercial, government, health and property sectors
- Achieving sales targets set by the company
- Converting target prospects to sales opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients’ needs and challenges
- Planning to identify, develop the opportunity and win new contracts
- Preparing sales proposals. Tender submission and bidding where required.
- Fostering good relations and partnerships with key decision-makers
