Key Responsibilities:

Attend open for inspections

Rental reference check

Arrange and managing house maintenance

Conduct routine inspections and prepare the routine report

Generate leads and develop relationships with potential clients

Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the property management process

Qualifications:

Previously experience in property management is preferred

Good knowledge of real estate latest laws and regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in office software/ google sheet and real estate software such as CRM

Valid agent representative certificate
