The Position
Your responsibilities in the role of Property Management Assistant include:
- Assist the property management team across 150 properties
- Conduct routine inspections
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Assist with covering a portfolio of properties
- Ad hoc support to the property management team
- Scope to step up and manage your own portfolio of properties down the track
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Management Assistant will have:
- Previous real estate experience in a similar role, or leasing is ideal, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is far more important
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- You will be passionate, self-motivated and full of initiative
- Top notch attention to detail, great communication and suburb time management skills
- Immaculate presentation and a highly professional demeanour
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
- A desire to grow and progress into a career as a Property Manager
