During my time as a Property Manager, the number 1 issue I found was the endless number of tasks that get piled on top, as you sign this contract and repair that tap. All the while making sure your tenant's lease is up to date, It drove me nuts, filled my work schedule and left me with no time to build a meaningful relationship with my landlords.

As an Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager, your duties will include managing marketing efforts, overseeing lease agreements, coordinating repairs, maintaining positive client relationships, and taking proactive measures to resolve portfolio-related issues

Who we are looking for;
- A positive personality, and team player - honesty and integrity are very important to us!
- Driven Individuals open to trying out new ideas and technology
- Knowledge of real estate software Property Tree but we can train you!
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Organised individual with attention to detail
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials.
- Make outbound calls responding to inquiries received and schedule property inspections with prospective tenants.
- Assess tenancy applications and determine eligibility
- Ability to perform Ingoing and outgoing reports with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Mandarin is preferred but not essential.
- Current Real Estate Licence OR Certificate of Registration
- Available to work Saturdays.
