A recent promotion has led to the need for an administrator to support Property Managers and the Sales Team through administration and marketing initiatives.
Through in-house training, you will gain experience in:
- Processing tenant applications
- Diary and email management
- Sales and Contract administration
- Marketing and Social Media management
- Real Estate compliance
- Receipting
Requirements
- Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate (or be within the process of obtaining).
- Driven, confident with high energy and positivity.
- High attention to detail to support the sales team & property management team with marketing campaigns.
- Career focused - this is a business looking for people to grow and progress within the business.
- Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Some administration and/or reception experience preferred.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Team focused and willing to help others.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Hold a genuine interest in Real Estate.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word & Outlook.
