About the role
We are searching for an outgoing and dedicated team member to fill the roll of Assistant Property Manager.
This position will see you supporting a Senior Asset Manager with inspections and tenant communications while learning important legislative requirements as it relates to Property Management. This is a great opportunity for those looking to start out in the real estate industry, or for already experienced individuals who are looking for a different role within Property Management industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work effectively alongside a Senior Asset Manager to achieve client satisfaction
- Show an ability to follow direction and also work independently when required
- Carry out detailed routine and entry inspections as required
- Assist with general enquiries from tenants and suppliers
- Communicate effectively with the Property Management team
- Complete general tasks as directed by the Team Leader
- Excellent time management is required

- Accurate keyboarding skills and practical knowledge of computer software applications and the use of office technology

- An eye for detail is a must
- Exceptional phone manner
- Previous experience in a customer service based office role is essential. Real estate experience is ideal but not essential
- Willingness to learn and adopt Office procedures
