As the Assistant Regional Operations Manager, you will lead, motivate and provide clear direction, as well as manage the daily program of the work of your team, focusing on staff performance and ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently to achieve business outcomes. You will ensure adherence to business procedures and processes, manage the workflow, resolve complex issues and manage the region's portfolio of service residences.
Skills you need to succeed in the role:
- Contribute to business goals by ensuring operational and financial performance targets are met, including workforce planning, asset management, contractual requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs) and project management outcomes for the Regional Office.
- Lead a team of Property Managers to deliver high quality customer service outcomes to all stakeholders.
- Manage complex maintenance issues, enquiries and complaints in accordance with policy and legislative guidelines.
- Provide accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders and actively develop and maintain working relationships across the organisation that are effective and collaborative.
- Sound business analysis experience with the ability to translate technical concepts to customer facing subject matter experts.
- Property management experience within the residential property industry and a proven ability to deliver business objectives.
