Assistant Sales Agent to Principal

The role of the assistant Agent is to generate new business opportunities for the Principal via telephone, letterbox dropping and door knocking as well as learning all the skills of an agent, nurturing contacts, creating long lasting relationships and understanding all the sides including administration.
We are expanding. This role will be required to work between and out of both Beenleigh office and surrounding area's as well as Helensvale office and surrounding area's once this office opens in May.
Duties will include but not limited to:-
- Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door knocking daily.
- Open for Inspections - Saturday's
- Private inspections
- Attending Appraisals with the lead principal
- Buyer call backs
- Learning all aspects of our CRM and ensuring all information is in our system.
- Speaking to buyers to update/determine their buying requirements and add buyers match
- Preparing price reports and appraisals to estimate properties value
- Preparing of necessary sales documentation (authorities, contracts, comparable, form 6’s, form 9’s etc) in line with company policies and the relevant legislation
- Achieve and report to the Principal on set Key Performance Indicators on door knocking, cold calling and letterbox drops.
- Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and campaign coordination.

- Booking appts for photoshoots, valuations, building and pests, inspections etc
- Attending photoshoots, valuations, building and pests
- Going out to purchase supplies for settlement and pre appraisal and post appraisal packs
- Building settlement, pre appraisal, post appraisal packs
To be successful in this highly critical role, you will demonstrate:
- Industry standard certifications (QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration)
- Strong and professional communication skills both written and verbal
