SalaryDaimler Trucks Toowoomba dealership is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team.
You will be required to execute effective sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring that our sales goals are met along with identifying new sales opportunities and expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven sales experience in the truck industry
- Strong customer relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- A deep understanding of the truck market and industry trends
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure sales processes and procedures are followed, and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, Spare Parts and service, to ensure customer needs are met and business objectives are achieved.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in truck sales, with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- In-depth knowledge of the heavy vehicle industry, including product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
