What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for an Assistant Strata Manager for our NSW Strata branch based in Norwest.  Here's your golden opportunity to gain or expand your strata knowledge as you work hand in hand with our talented Strata Managers and Assistant Strata Managers. Together, you'll ensure PICA's Strata Management Agreements are executed seamlessly, handling administrative duties across various aspects of our business such as repairs and maintenance, levy enquiries, meeting agendas and minutes, compliance, and insurance.

But that's not all! You'll also get the chance to connect with committee members, using your excellent service and communication skills to provide information or resolve issues related to building schemes. Whether it's over email or phone, your warm, friendly approach will make every interaction a positive one.

In this role, you'll also have the chance to sharpen your organisational skills. You'll maintain and manage documents and records related to the building scheme within a document management system, ensuring everything is always up-to-date and easily accessible.

 About you:

  • You're an experienced administration professional with good document management skills. 
  • Experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate is beneficial, but not essential
  • You know how to use Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Database management experience is beneficial
  • You see challenges as opportunities and know how to problem-solve
  • You have great relationship-building skills
  • You work well in a team
  • Great Time Management Skills
