The successful candidate will be working within the Sydney CBD office valuations team. The office team undertakes property valuations of commercial office buildings within the Sydney CBD for a range of institutional and private clients.The Assistant Valuer will have preferably finished studying their degree in Property or an equivalent degree in 2023 or intends to finish in 2024. This person will work well in a team environment and be self-motivated, they will have excellent written and communication skills as well as strong analytical skills and be computer literate preferably in PowerPoint, Excel & Word.In this role, the Assistant Valuer will work closely with senior team members to assist them with various valuation assignments. Work includes, but is not limited to, collecting sales and leasing market evidence, report writing, site inspections and financial modelling.
- Working with Director on institutional office valuations - location Sydney CBD
- Required good excel skills - working with Forbury valuation model
- Required good word skills - preparing valuation reports
- Attending property inspections, researching market evidence, valuation modelling and report writing
