Assistant Venue Manager
Summer Salt Restaurant is currently recruiting for an Assistant Venue Manager to join our friendly and motivated team.
Summer Salt is located overlooking the ocean with stunning views of Elouera Beach.
Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
To be a successful candidate, it is essential that you:
- Have at least 3 years' experience in the hospitality industry
- Have previous experience in a similar management role
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have extensive knowledge about wine
- Should be a natural leader with a sound knowledge of front and back of house operations
The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced management team. Opportunity for career progression and training is possible for the right candidate.
