NovitaTech provides a life-long service - it's not about solving one challenge, one time, we're there for every stage and every journey.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:The role of AT Product Specialist is to sell retail Assistive Technology, deliver excellent customer service and provide in-store and in-home advice and recommendations on Retail Assistive Technology (AT) products and equipment solutions to customers, clinicians, clients, and their families.Position is a full-time ongoing position based at NovitaTech retail store at Manton Street, Hindmarsh. The position will report to Retail Team Leader.Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-store and in-home Retail AT equipment trials.
- Making a significant contribution to Retail revenue by selling NovitaTech extensive range of Retail AT.
- Developing ongoing relationships with clinicians, NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) support coordinators, Aged Care Wellness and Lifestyle Coordinators and disability advocates to drive referrals, revenue and contribute to the achievement of business goals.
- Working collaboratively and fostering a positive and supportive “team first” approach with other members of the Novitatech Retail, Business Development and Logistics team.
- Increasing the profile of Novitatech internally with Novita staff to drive internal referrals and provide additional value for Novita clients.
- Keep up to date with current and new Retail AT.
- A minimum of 4 years sales experience in an AT retail environment.
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to disability and aged care products and equipment sales (desirable).
- Strong Selling and Influencing skills
- Highly focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Highly organised, flexible, and proactive approach with the ability to respond to continual changing priorities.
- Tenacious, driven and highly motivated professional.
- Complex problem-solving skills and the ability to provide hands on solutions.
- Valid driving license and willingness to use own vehicle for travel.
- NDIS worker screening, DHS Working with Children and Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Fully vaccinated from COVID-19 (Novita mandate)
