As a primary point of contact to the clients, exemplary client service is required and previous experience working with a broad clientele is essential including the involvement in face to face client meetings.

To be considered, as we expect a lot of interest, the required criteria includes:
- experience in an associate role or extensive CSM experience seeking the next step to associate (3-4 years +)
- Bachelors degree and any other relevant industry qualifications
- advanced computer skills and IT literacy
- ability to build strong rapport with clients, particularly HNW clients
- exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- commitment to an office based/hybrid role (working with a fabulous team!)
- team player mentality and desire to forge a career path with the business
