About the Role

As an Associate Property Investment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients towards financial independence. This is a dream role for those who love property investing, modelling, number-crunching, data analysis, and technology. The role includes:

• Utilisation of advanced financial modelling and analysis skills, particularly in Excel.
• Integrating, modelling, and optimising Property Investment, Household Budgeting, Money Management, and Personal Wealth Creation principles.
• Embracing the culture and values of our firm, working collaboratively with team members.
• Establishing and maintaining systems to monitor and report on Property analysis and trends.
• Developing your skill set to become formally educated as a Qualified Property Investment Advisor.

About You

• Great analytical skills with the initiative to apply lateral thinking.
• Drive to help clients with their property investing endeavours.
• Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level.
• Client-focused with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Be articulate and able to explain financial models in plain English
• Capability to work independently, problem-solve, and process information quickly.
• Organised, responsible, and maintains high professional standards.
• Detail-oriented and able to use a range of technology and software.
