Associate Advisor - Wealth Management

The Role

As the Associate Adviser, you'll work closely with Senior Advisors to provide ongoing, high quality client service. You'll play a key role in coordinating client workflow, delegating to the CSA team for administrative support and shadowing Advisers for leadership and strategy. Attend and contribute to meetings, liaise with stakeholders, build key relationships and assist with strategy and investment planning etc.

-   Assist in the preparation of Advice documents, including SoA's
-   Prepare cash flow models, performance analysis and portfolio progress            against target objectives
-   Plan for, attend and contribute to client meetings with the Adviser
-   Complete file notes and maintain client records
-   Act as a point of contact for client and third-party queries
-   Liaise with Accountants, Estate Planning Lawyers and other professionals
-   Undertake peer review of SoA's and portfolio reviews etc
-   Assist in the implementation of Advice
-   Manage workflow of client work
-   Oversee daily trades
-   Involvement in Compliance, Technical and Investment Committees

Skills Experience

We're looking for someone with formal qualifications in Financial Advice, having successfully completed the FASEA adviser exam, and RG146 compliance. You'll need to have at least 3 years experience within the financial services industry  and a working knowledge of investments, superannuation, estate planning and compliance etc. You'll also be comfortable communicating at a high level to develop and nurture relationships with both your clients, fellow staff members and other key stakeholders.
