Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Responding and calling through all property enquiries
- Preparing open home packs for inspections
- Just listed, just sold, cold calling prospecting calls
- Attending photoshoots, building & pest reports, final inspections
- Vendor reports, vendor management & vendor communication
- Social media story posting during inspections
- Buyer negotiations and signing of contracts
- Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process
The Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about a long-term career in real estate residential sales
- The ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- You will be tenacious, hungry and results-driven
- Proactive and keen to take initiative and learn
- Impeccable personal presentation
- 6-12 months of real estate experience in sales required
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration if required
- A NSW Drivers license and reliable car is required
