AddressDue to growth in our practice, we are currently seeking a commercial lawyer with 1 year + PAE to join our Commercial litigation team on a full time basis.
Responsibilities
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- working on a diverse range of commercial litigation, regulatory investigation and prosecution matters;
- be a key contact with regular involvement with clients;
- appear in various courts and tribunals; and
- supervise and train junior lawyers.
To be considered for this role, you will have
- At least 1 year + PAE in commercial litigation
- Experience in managing a busy practice
- Ideally, but not essential, experience in regulatory law, investigations and prosecutions (in particular health regulation)
- Excellent organisational, analytical, drafting and communication skills
- Ability to show flexibility, adaptability and be a genuine team player
- be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
- have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
- have a desire for continuous development.
