What opportunity is there to join our team?  

We are looking for talented, capable, and passionate consultants with experience in Organisational Development and/or Talent Management 

Our Consultants typically have a good working knowledge of organisational effectiveness and a mix of skills including instructional design, facilitation, coaching, assessments, data analysis, client advisory & relationship management, project management, and business development.  

Your experiencemay have been gained in-house, in an internal client facing role, or in an external client service role. You will be able to draw on this knowledge to help our clients understand what their problem or opportunity is and craft the right solution for their needs. 

The role will establish, manage and grow client relationships, deliver high quality consulting services and fit right into our positive culture. If the fit is right for you and us you will get to:

What we are hoping you will bring to us  

• Motivation, curiosity, authenticity, persistence and a love of feedback  
• Passion for what you do, with the ability to become a trusted advisor, manage projects and assist Principal Consultants with their accounts and support business outcomes   
• Knowledge and expertise in areas of Organisation Development 
• Comfort taking the lead, acting autonomously and collaborating globally 
• Experience & skill across at least 3 of the following: instructional design, facilitation, coaching, assessment, data analysis, client advisory & relationship management, project management, and business development 
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Management or Business (Registered Psychologist desirable but not essential)
