Position Overview:
OUI Recruitment is currently searching for a talented and motivated Senior Helpdesk Engineer. As a Senior Helpdesk Engineer, you will be acting as the technical resolution point for business-as-usual tickets. The most important thing for this company is finding the right team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Resolving helpdesk-related tickets
- Provide advanced remote troubleshooting for clients
- Review RMM dashboard and apply remediation actions
- Mentor the “Junior” Service Team Members
- Assist with ongoing projects when required
- Strong knowledge of the MSP market, including processes and tools (e.g., PSA, RMM, documentation).
- Experience and knowledge of working with the Microsoft 365 Platform
- Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems
- Experience using ConnectWise ticketing system
- Experience using Datto Product Family (RMM & Commerce)
- You decide the route you want to take when it comes to progression (management or technical specialists)
