We’re looking for an Associate Data Quality Analyst to work with internal stakeholders to understand Data Quality requirements within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you've gained in Data Quality experience. With new problems to solve, you’ll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you communicate and drive Data Quality processes to support Risk requirements in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.
Day to day, you’ll solve problems by reviewing existing processes, identify efficiencies and implement change . In our Tech Hub team, you’ll also:
- Become a subject matter expert for Data Quality processes and systems
- Manage Data Quality requests and coordinate work with the Data Quality Team and internal stakeholders.
- Support Data Quality Senior Manager to drive Data Quality principles across data domains
Other relevant skills needed
- Stakeholder management experience
- Able to lead and embed change in the organisation
- Some experience of driving programs of work from inception to implementation to achieve transformational / behavioural change
- Organisational and analytical skills will help drive the Firm strategy, by providing the best quality data, to inform big decisions.
- Experience in working across both Google and Microsoft Office suites, with proficiency in G Suite collaboration tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites) and Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be advantageous.
- Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Data Trust service transform and unify our approach to Data Quality
