We are currently working with a leading property credit manager, who is seeking an Associate Director /Director to be part of their expansion in the Australia. Our client is looking for a Senior Investment Property professional to join this high-growth Fund Manager.

Responsibilities of an Associate Director / Director - Private Credit

• Leverage and expand relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and wholesale clients seeking property financing solutions
• Proactively identify and assess potential property credit transactions aligned with fund objectives.
• Strong analysis of new deals and ability to structure them

Requirements of an Associate Director / Director, Private Credit

• 7+ years prior experience in Banking, Asset Management, or Equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Private Credit, structured finance, and property markets.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to lead different teams.
