This consultancy remains at the forefront of trends reporting and is the pulse the market wants its finger on, by undertaking non-stop global research and analysis to write impactful, concise reports that big businesses find invaluable for their business planning.
They are currently looking to hire an Associate Director to manage a key portfolio of FMCG manufacturers and retailers whilst leading a small team. The role of an Associate Director is to ensure that the client gets the most from the reports and consultancy services they purchase, with high levels of client satisfaction being the end game. Satisfaction leads to renewed subscriptions and a primary driver of this is understanding. Associate Directors in this business take the time to get to know their client’s key business issues and challenges. Powered with this understanding and combined with strong sector know-how they add value to clients advising them on the most effective service mix.
Key requirements:
- A proven track record in client and account management and a natural ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
- 5+ plus years’ experience within the information, intelligence, research or category insights gained either agency or client side
- An in-depth understanding of the FMCG sector or a willingness to rapidly upskills.
- Fantastic communication skills
- A persuasive manner
- A commercial outlook
