At the heart of its operations, the Implementation Division will have a laser focus on the Premier's priorities. It will engage in practical problem solving, strategic advice and expert analysis in order to improve outcomes for the people of Queensland, particularly where those outcomes require multiple agency coordination. Outcomes don't flow from policy announcements; they flow from sound implementation of good policy and the resolute effort to continuously improve service delivery.
As the Associate Director-General, Implementation Division you will:
- drive system and process improvement priorities for the government
- grow cross-agency coordination in program implementation
- influence service delivery across the public sector
- deliver improved outcomes for the people of Queensland
