AddressQualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent
- >10 years related experience.
- Relevant Project management experience
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be an advantage)
- Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
