The role:
As an Associate, Equipment and Asset Finance you will be responsible for providing analytical, customer service, sales and administrative support to assist in supporting our Equipment and Asset Finance clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with broker settlements
- Contact brokers regarding settlements and any feedback that has been provided
- Complete KYC requirements
- Assist with post settlement requirements including providing payout letters
- Provide quotes to brokers
- Assist with credit and lending submissions
- Ensure settlement documents are sent to eViewer
What you will bring
You will have experience in analysing financials and writing credit submissions for business loans. Strong customer service and confident communication skills are essential. An aptitude and flair for client development/sales is also required. Ideally you will also have:
- a strong understanding of the end-to-end commercial lending process
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- excellent time management
- knowledge of lending compliance, operational risk and responsible lending
- good understanding of business banking products, services and policies
- a degree in business, commerce, law, economics or equivalent (desirable); or relevant work experience.
