The Role

The Responsibilities

- Industry Knowledge:** Strong network and social media presence with extensive knowledge of the commercial construction industry, including key players and dynamics.
- Proven Success:** Demonstrated track record in Business Development, sales, or account management within relevant sectors.
- Skills:** Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Relationships:** Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and industry leaders.
- Drive:** High level of self-motivation, independence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Flexibility:** Availability and willingness to travel as required (most work is in South East Queensland)
