The team
The Adelaide Financial Lines team focuses on representing insureds in professional indemnity disputes and advising local and overseas insurers on major first-party claims. They have experience in litigation, having represented clients in various courts.
Their expertise includes providing comprehensive written advice on policy coverage, liability, claim value, and defence strategies for claims against various professionals such as engineers, architects, corporate executives, lawyers, accountants, and valuers. The team also advises on complex policy coverage issues in significant class actions.
Who you are
- A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in litigation or construction disputes.
- Possess understanding of public liability and professional indemnity law, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex matters.
- Take pride in meticulous drafting and have a keen eye for detail.
- A strong researcher with excellent time management skills.
- A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
