This team is additionally involved in many pro bono matters around native title land protection.ResponsibilitiesConducting legal research, drafting pleadings and other court documents and assisting in case preparation.
Participating in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
Collaborating with partners and the wider team to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.Requirements2-5 years of post-admission experience with some if not all experience from a private practice environment.
