Salary $100,343 - $107,279 p.a. (pro rata) - Ongoing Part Time (0.6 FTE) - RN/M2A
Overview
A great opportunity is now available for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to provide support to the Nurse Unit Manager - Eyre Ward A in ensuring proficient, person centred, clinical nursing/midwifery care is provided to patients/clients of the health unit.
In this role, primarily clinical in nature you will promote continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with other ANUMs and the NUM. You will assist in implementing practice change and assist in management responsibilities e.g. performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation and attendance management, financial and supplies planning and monitoring.
Eligibility
Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse, Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with at lease 3 years post registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
