Your opportunity:
- The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) works collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) of the Nursing Resource Services at the Bundaberg and Hervey Bay Hospital. In supporting the NUM, the ANUM provides leadership and direction to nursing staff and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of safe, quality and cost-effective surgical care consistent with contemporary standards and best practice of Workforce Nursing. The role will assist in workforce development and management, foster clinical governance within the service and promote a positive culture.
- The Nursing Resource Service is a 7 day service and employees will be required to work a 7 day roster.
Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable) available at both Bundaberg and Hervey Bay Hospitals.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $137,246 p.a., comprising salary between $117,817 - $120,290 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates between $59.42 - $60.67 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (2)) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f., and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
