Our Foundation Associate Principal - Inclusion will have a team mindset and work with the leadership team to establish an inclusive school environment with a focus on leading teaching and learning in the endorsed Education Support Program as well as supporting Students at Educational Risk (SAER) across the school. They will be working with the whole school community to establish strong relationships with staff, parents, students and outside agencies. The development of a successful and caring professional learning community will be a prime focus for the school and for the Leadership Team.As an Associate Principal, you should apply your professional knowledge and understanding to lead teaching and learning in the context of authentic SAER processes and practices. The school will have state-of-the-art facilities with a purpose-built Early Childhood Education centre, two double story teaching blocks, a dedicated Education Support facility, library and undercover area. Specialist teaching areas for Music/Performing Arts, Visual Arts and Science, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics will also be included.This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. - Capacity to provide effective leadership in a diverse range of educational settings;
