About the Role
Joining our client's band-1 Disputes & Investigations practice, you'll collaborate closely with Partners and the wider team across multiple offices. This role offers exposure to Australia's most intricate, high-value Disputes and Investigations, with frequent involvement in international matters.
You'll work alongside various Partners, gaining experience across diverse sectors and specialties. Our client encourage lawyers to carve out their niche while fostering a robust foundation in their field.
The responsibilities entail:
- Providing counsel on commercial and contractual disputes.
- Managing arbitration proceedings.
- Handling project-related disputes.
- Offering guidance on restructuring and insolvency matters on behalf of clients.
About You
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous involvement in commercial litigation, ideally within a large national or international law firm, with consideration given to a blend of private practice and in-house roles.
- Demonstrated capability in handling substantial matters, cultivating client connections, and contributing to business expansion endeavors.
- An eagerness for professional development, networking, and potentially mentoring others (depending on seniority).
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
