The firm has continued to experience significant growth over the past few years and we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our commercial litigation and insolvency team.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where you will be involved in complex and interesting matters.
You will be working alongside our Managing Partner and team of successful senior practitioners, helping our graduates, paralegals and law students in their development while progressing your own career.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with flexible working arrangements. We have a constant, steady flow of new and exciting work, and we do not expect you to sustain by yourself.

In this role, you will have carriage of, and be responsible for:
- acting in and progression of complex commercial litigation and insolvency matters;
- ongoing management and development of client and referrer relationships;
- staff management and mentorship.
About you:
We are searching for someone with 3-6 years’ post admission experience in the areas of commercial litigation and insolvency.
You will be perfectly suited to the role, if you have:
- the ability to work autonomously on a variety of complex litigation matters;
- experience managing a team to obtain exceptional results for our clients;
- great people skills and the ability to create lasting relationships, with our staff, clients and referrers;
- experience supervising and mentoring a team of junior practitioners and support staff;
- a commercial and practical approach to problem solving;
- the ability to network, engage in business development; and
- a positive attitude, and ability to work as a part of a closeknit team.
