Day to day you will:
- Lead the operational planning and delivery of your portfolio of events including AFR Summits and AFR Lists gala award dinners.
- Efficiently manage event registrations alongside the Registration Manager, utilising the EventsAir platform and promptly address customer service queries through dedicated event mailboxes.
- Liaise and coordinate with multiple suppliers to ensure high-quality service/product delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of virtual streaming of the events, including managing technical aspects, building sponsor pages, troubleshooting potential issues to deliver a high-quality online experience for participants.
- Expertly navigate internal stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Program Directors, Marketing, Partnerships, and Editorial, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of objectives.
- Manage editorial and speaker travel arrangements.
- Lead onsite event management, including bump in and bump out logistics, venue and security liaison, editorial support, and assistance at the registration desk.
